Building AI Capability,
One Team at a Time
Kampong Sync helps Singapore organisations develop a clear-eyed understanding of AI β and the practical skills to use it well. From first awareness sessions through to full deployment partnerships, we work at your pace.
Three Engagement Paths
Each programme is shaped around where your organisation currently stands β and where you'd like to go. There's no single path that fits every team.
AI Awareness & Orientation
A gentle introduction helping teams across your organisation develop a shared understanding of what AI can and cannot do. Two to three weeks of well-paced sessions build a common vocabulary and informed confidence β without technical overload.
- 2β3 week structured delivery
- Real-world, role-specific examples
- Organisation-wide alignment
Departmental AI Skills Development
Targeted training working directly with individual departments on the AI tools most relevant to their daily work. Six to eight weeks of needs-assessed, customised modules with supervised hands-on practice using your own data and scenarios.
- 6β8 week per-department engagement
- Customised to your workflows
- Skills summary & continuation plan
End-to-End AI Deployment Partnership
A collaborative engagement spanning twelve to eighteen weeks, from AI concept through to operational deployment. Covers scoping, solution design, vendor selection, pilot execution, and full-scale rollout planning alongside your internal staff.
- 12β18 week partnership
- Dedicated project team
- Full knowledge transfer to staff
What We Do Differently
Paced for Your Organisation
We don't rush adoption. Programmes are structured around your team's existing capacity and confidence levels.
Context Before Technology
Each engagement starts with understanding your actual workflows before introducing any tools or platforms.
People-Centred Delivery
AI adoption affects people's roles. We address that directly, helping teams engage with change rather than resist it.
Singapore-Specific Depth
Our facilitators understand the local business environment β regulatory context, workforce composition, sector norms.
Documented Outcomes
Every engagement ends with a written summary of what was covered, what skills were developed, and what we'd suggest next.
Continuity of Relationship
We remain available for follow-on questions well after formal engagement ends. AI adoption is a long-term journey.
Things Worth Asking
Do we need any prior AI knowledge to get started?
Not at all. The AI Awareness & Orientation Programme is designed specifically for organisations with no formal AI background. We build from the ground up, using examples drawn from industries familiar to your teams.
How large does our organisation need to be?
We've worked with teams of 8 and organisations with several hundred staff. Each programme is scoped to your actual size and complexity β we're not running standardised group sessions that ignore your context.
Are sessions delivered on-site or remotely?
We offer both. Most organisations prefer a hybrid approach β some sessions at your offices for the relational value, with remote sessions for scheduling flexibility. We'll discuss what works during the initial scoping conversation.
What happens after the programme ends?
All participants receive written documentation of what was covered and a forward-looking skills plan. For deployment partnerships, we schedule a review session three months post-launch. We're also available for follow-on conversations at no additional charge for a period after completion.
What are the pricing structures?
Programmes are priced at S$340 (Awareness), S$590 (Departmental Skills), and S$930 (Deployment Partnership). These are base rates β the scope and final cost are confirmed during the initial discussion, as engagement complexity varies by organisation size and requirements.
Is this relevant for non-technical staff?
Yes β in fact, non-technical staff often benefit most. Understanding what AI can do, and knowing how to work alongside it productively, doesn't require programming skills. We deliberately structure content so that it's accessible to people in operations, HR, finance, communications, and other non-engineering roles.
How do we know which programme is right for us?
The initial conversation is designed to help both of us figure that out. We'll ask about your current AI literacy, your specific business areas, the size of your teams, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there we'll suggest the most sensible starting point β without any pressure to commit to a larger engagement than makes sense for you now.
